By purchasing a bicycle rental or private tour, you agree to waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against Bayou Bikes, LLC, any and all employees, sponsors, officials and volunteers and their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns, for any and all injuries suffered during your bicycle ride. You verify that you are physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and physical condition verified by a licensed medical doctor.

No refunds will be issued.
If weather prevents tour rain check will be issued to schedule for another day.Rain check will be valid for 6 months.
